At primroseblue, we take pride in thoughtfully curating pieces designed to elevate your wardrobe. Because of the nature of our inventory and mission-driven model, we offer store credit only for eligible returns.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

Returned within 7 days of delivery

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Free of odors, stains, or alterations

Returned with original tags attached

Any items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved and processed, you will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Mission Contribution Notice

A percentage of every purchase is allocated to support our community initiatives, including The Rosebud Project, which provides brand-new clothing to women rebuilding their lives after domestic violence.

Because a portion of your purchase is donated upon transaction, donated funds are non-refundable. This ensures we can continue supporting women with dignity and consistency.
